What is a Senior Rep?
A member of the upcoming Class of 2025 at any local high school (Madison County, NY & surrounding areas / typically between Dewitt & N. Hartford) that wants to show off their senior portraits to friends and family!

What do I get?
You can earn a completely FREE session with just 4 referrals! Get 20% off just for applying, and an additional 20% off per referral (someone that gives your name when they book & complete a session).

Here’s how it works:

• You’ll get 20% off your complete session just by applying!
  
• Reps will receive REFERRAL CARDS, which are photos from your session printed with your name, and our contact information – to be handed out to friends and classmates. Tell your friends to mention your name when they book and they will ALSO receive a 20% discount off their session!
  
• Every referral that books & completes their session using your name earns you another 20% off your session up to your total balance due. Which means if you refer FOUR classmates – your session and digital images will be 100% FREE. (Any remaining balance will be calculated in November to be due December 1, 2024.)
• You’ll also earn a $10 PRINT CREDIT PER REFERRAL, with no limit. So if you refer 4 people you’ll get a $40 print credit. If you refer 20 people you’ll get a $200 print credit.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• You agree to tell your friends, family and classmates about Marcellus Photo Etc:
  We request that you and your parent/guardian like & follow our Facebook and Instagram accounts (if you have them), tag yourself & your guardian(s) in the photos that we post of you on our page, and share these posts to your own profiles! And most importantly: PASS OUT YOUR REFERRAL CARDS!
• You must be a high school student at a Central New York school who expects to graduate in 2025. Fill out your application with as much personality and detail about your involvement in school and community activities as possible for your best shot!
  
• You must schedule and complete your session BY JUNE 1, 2024 so I can deliver your referral cards to you in time to pass them out before school lets out for the summer!
• You and your parents or legal guardians must sign a MODEL RELEASE FORM. This gives me permission to use your photos.
  
• Acceptance of your Rep status means that you AGREE to represent ONLY Marcellus Photo Etc, and that you will use these images as your senior pictures in your yearbook, etc!
• What constitutes a “REFERRAL“? Any booked & completed senior portrait session, booked using your name, through November 1, 2024.
• Reps must commit to earn a “COMPLETE SENIOR SESSION“. This pertains specifically to the amount that will be due if you do not earn a 100% free session, pricing can be found here.
• Your PRINT CREDIT amount can be used toward print purchases through your Marcellus Photo Etc gallery only, and is not transferable to any other printing vendor. These purchases are subject to sales tax, and shipping costs – your print credit amount CAN be used toward these additional fees. Any unused print credit amount not redeemed by December 31, 2025 will be forfeited.

Important Note: Please do not apply any filters or otherwise alter your provided digital images. This is not to stifle your creativity, but simply because photos posted with a filter will not accurately represent the style of photography that your referrers can expect to receive from booking with Marcellus Photo etc.
